CAULIFLOWER NO-MAC & CHEESE

🔪1. Chop Cauliflower into small bite size pieces and put into a baking dish.
🔪2. In a saucepan put butter. As it starts to melt add Arrowroot and with a whisk start stirring. As it starts to thicken, add milk and water. Whisk.
🔪3. Add cheese, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir until cheese has completely melted and thick!
🔪4. Pour over cauliflower. Stir through.
🔪5. In food processer, chop almonds until crushed but not milled.
Sprinkle over top.
🔪6. Put in oven at 180°C/350°F and bake for 25 mins.
